Okay, we admit this is pretty “youthful” in its presentation, but it really does show how the little changes that get made along the way can be the difference between writing a good song that never gets heard to creating a record-breaking mega hit.
We love that Olivia and her producer Dan Nigro weren’t overly precious about any aspect of the song or the production. They felt it when something wasn’t working, let go of the old, tried new ideas, and created a highly emotional pop classic. This just might inspire you to go write a hit!
