Douglas Wayne Ricketts

Douglas began creating original stock music in 2007 and enjoyed some sales through the AudioMicro & Pond5 websites. He is an active member of the TAXI A&R service, has produced original scores for short features, was part of the music department for the Discovery Channel series "Heartland Thunder," and composes sync music in rock, jazz, electronic, orchestral, and hybrid genres. Douglas worked in commercial radio in Anchorage, Alaska and Palm Springs, California and has experience writing & performing rock parody songs. He also has some stand-up comedy and group improv practice, including performances at the Westside Eclectic Theater in Santa Monica, CA and The Comedy Store in West Hollywood.
