She’s also an experienced artist development coach, an energy healer focusing on abundance issues for musicians and other creatives, and co-founder of Azalea Music Group in Nashville, where she helps artists, writers, composers and other music-moguls-in-training get out of their own way so they can make a living with their music. She specializes in working with the not-quite-mainstream and “second-timers” coming back to music after a long hiatus.

Dennis Sands was born and raised in Los Angeles, Calif., and graduated from the University of Southern California in 1969 with a B.S. degree in Psychology. Sands has recorded and mixed numerous jazz albums for Norman Granz, including artists Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, Sarah Vaughn, Joe Pass, and Oscar Peterson. His film work at Group IV included On Golden Pond, Tootsie, Romancing the Stone, Back to the Future, and others. Dennis has recorded and mixed more than 300 film scores, including Spiderman, Forrest Gump, Avengers – End Game (largest box office sales in history). He has four Academy Award Nominations.

Pat Weaver is a veteran music industry professional with expertise in music-for-picture production, audio branding, production music libraries and entertainment marketing. In February of 2019, Weaver joined Warner Chappell Production Music as head of production operating out of Los Angeles, CA and overseeing production teams in Nashville, TN and Los Angeles, CA.
