Lord BiggaNova Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Rosedale, Queens, has spent much of his teenage years in Elmont, NY, shaping his unique musical identity. Growing up in a Haitian household, Lord was surrounded by a rich cultural heritage that significantly influenced his music. Born in 1994, he showed early musical talent, playing the trumpet and the drums for his church.
At the age of 16, inspired by the legendary rapper Nas, Lord BiggaNova decided to pursue a career in rap. He formed the rap group God Soldiers, which released an album titled Nu Naki in 2019. Despite the album's limited publicity due to the group's independent release and lack of industry knowledge, it marked the beginning of Lord's journey in music.
In March 2021, Lord released his debut single as an independent artist, Link Up Than, which garnered 52,000 views on YouTube. His style is distinct and ever-changing. His forthcoming single, Money on My Mind, set to release in the summer of 2024, promises to showcase his versatile talent once again.
Looking ahead, there are plans for a solo album release in the upcoming months. In 2021, Lord BiggaNova founded BiggaNova Records, taking full control and ownership over his music career, ensuring that his vision and artistry remain uncompromised.
