Raymond Schnurr

Hello, my name is Raymond Schnurr. I have many a years of experienced working as a cinematic composer, music producer, orchestrator and music preparation specialist. I have worked with many of the top Music Studios, including Warner Brothers, Endemol, HBO and Walt Disney Pictures. In addition, I was fortunate enough to compose, conduct and musically direct my original compositions, orchestrations and arrangements at recognized concert venues like the Hollywood Bowl.

I have worked in nearly every aspect of the film music industry: orchestration, music preparation, conducting and more, and I'm well versed in the day to day business of being a composer. I'm comfortable composing in most musical genres with an emphasis in orchestral, electronic and orchestral hybrid style, and I am equally comfortable in the studio creating midi productions, behind the conductors stand or working in partnership with other industry professionals.

After 18 years I have moved from Los Angeles to Greenville, South Carolina, were I have begun to focus on production music as well as continuing to work as a scoring composer. I am excited about this new chapter and am looking forward to working with...YOU!
