Annette Joy is a musician, singer and songwriter from Dublin 8. Annette writes real music for real people. She’s passionate about how music has the power to change lives and is inspired by stories, especially about growing up in Dublin. She aspires to bring people together through music whether it be to share joy, sadness, healing or just to have fun.

MUSIC CAREER
Singing and songwriting
1990 - present
Writing over 30 songs, and releasing 3 independently. Performing at venues and festivals in Ireland, New York and Dubai. Supported Nathan Carter, sang in the Dublin Mansion House, in front of Parliament buildings, at GAA football stadiums, supported the High Kings, performed on a boat in Dubai in the company of other Irish well known artists.
DJ-ing and singing with a band
1994 - 1998
DJ-ing across venues in the UK and Ireland. Fronting bands and attending festivals in Leeds.
