Kyle Johnson

Kyle Johnson is a musician based in Jackson, Wyoming. As a keyboardist he has played in popular local funk bands like "The Outfit" and "Funk Missile" composing driving funk grooves and tight horn lines. A music educator, Kyle operated his own piano studio in Jackson for 23 years, eventually founding the Teton Music School, located in the town's famous Center for the Arts. There, as executive director, he created an inspiring learning space for the area's music students while giving a home to local teachers in every musical discipline, offering instruction in individual instruments as well as ensembles and rock bands. Currently Kyle is pursuing his passion for composing and recording music in his home studio and working to build connections within the music industry.
