Smudgie

Smudgie is a singer-songwriter from Toronto, Canada. Though not her real name, her nickname "Smudgie", which her mom called her from birth, stuck and it brings her luck. Her music has been placed on Major League Baseball and also placed in films and TV shows. Smudgie's music has also been played on terrestrial radio as well as across America's sports arenas to pump up fans. She has played live in Nashville, including at the Bluebird Cafe, in London, UK, and in her home town of Toronto, where she won Best of The Open Mic. Her sound has been compared to a wide range of artists from Blondie to Cat Power. Smudgie is excited to be working on her next studio album.
