Duff Kelly

Ever since I was a kid I felt there was something amiss so I hopped a freight-train as a teenager and began a life long quest in search of what I call, truth. When I crashed an airplane in '07 and everything went to shit, including cognitive brain function and full use of my dominant hand, rather than give up the ghost and abandon my dreams, I wiped away the tears with bloody bandages and flipped my guitar upside down, relearning to play it the opposite way. My search continues to this day and the music I write comes directly from authentic, real-life experiences. I hope my music resonates with you and perhaps even inspires you in your own journey, I'm pullin' for ya!

TOUR/SHOWS:
In 2019 I completed a solo Canadian Rockies tour across four provinces selling out six of the twelve venues followed by a ViaRail Train tour from Vancouver to Toronto. My backing band and I sold out Hawaiian Brians (150 person capacity) in Honolulu just before shut everything down in March of 2020. Jan of 2022 I did a solo tour from Vancouver Canada to Newport Beach California playing coffee shops and small venues all down the coast and in Jan of 2023 I did a Costa Rica 'Holy Lady' video release solo tour (filmed in Costa) from Tamarindo to Pavones. While my online numbers are "humbling" lol my work ethic is unmatched, my backstory is inspiring and I write heartfelt, authentic songs that spark emotion.
