Coby Brown

Coby is a Los Angeles based singer/songwriter and composer. He recently wrote the music for Sony Pictures Classics Freud’s Last Session and his score for the forthcoming feature, Fight Like A Girl, won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Original Score. His songs have appeared in movies such as Rod Lurie's Nothing But the Truth and tv shows like New Amsterdam and Shameless and his song "Hospital" was covered by Counting Crows on their album "Underwater Sunshine". He's finishing his self produced 4th full length record featuring longtime bandmates John Flaugher (Lady Blackbird) on bass, drummer Michael Jerome (Richard Thompson), guitarist David Immergluck (Counting Crows, Camper Van Beethoven) on guitars, Phil Krohnengold (Madi Cunningham) on keys and cellist Ollie Krauss (Sia, Tom McRae).
