Their latest release, Between The Lies, is a ten-track concept album featuring the powerful vocals of former L.A. Guns frontman Scott Foster Harris and the searing musicianship of Morelock and bassist Chris McComas.

Produced by the legendary Chas Sandford and recorded in Nashville, Between The Lies takes listeners on a conceptual journey through the death and rebirth of a soul—symbolizing the collapse and revival of live music during the pandemic. The album includes collaborations with rock icons Mark Slaughter (Slaughter) and Jim Riley (Rascal Flatts), showcasing a masterful blend of rock, grunge, punk, and even a touch of country.

Since signing with Spectra Music Group in 2022, Kickstand Jenny has made waves across the scene, sharing stages with legends like Slaughter, Living Colour, Sebastian Bach, L.A. Guns, and LIT. A standout track from the album, “Solo,” featuring Mark Slaughter, has already gained traction on radio and Sirius/XM.

The band’s musical DNA is rooted in everything from Van Halen to Prince. Morelock, a self-taught guitarist, cites Van Halen’s “Eruption” as his earliest spark of inspiration. Harris, a former pro bull rider turned rock vocalist, brings grit and soul to the mic, while McComas, also self-taught, channels his early love of Mötley Crüe into every low-end thunderclap.

Now, with Between The Lies establishing their sonic identity, Kickstand Jenny is charging forward with a new release strategy: a string of singles set to drop over the next two years.
