Rebecca Lang

Rebecca Lang is a singer-songwriter from the Philadelphia area- she writes folk songs with very catch hooks whether they are upbeat or ballads. She also writes Appalachian style music (instrumental), children's music and more.

Rebecca has played throughout the Mid-Atlantic region at venues such as The Lansdowne Folk Club, World Cafe, Rockwood Music, Sing Me a Story, The Folk Project TV Show, The Delmarva Folk Fest, Some Kind of Jam Festival, The Philadelphia Folk Festival, Philadelphia FolkSong Society, Delaware Friends of Folk, Mt. Airy Porchfest, Squirrel Hill Night Market, DE State Parks, WXPN Welcomes American Roots Ramble, A Bit of the Arts, The Kelly Center, Our Community Cup, Wilmington Winter Bluegrass and more.
​Rebecca has played on the following Radio Interviews/Stations: Sisters in Music Radio, Folk Show WXPN with Ian Ziolitor, Indieartst Music Radio, ITNS Radio, XAM Life Radio, Ray Naylors Philly Folk Scene WPPM FM. Her song, Give Me Your Tired, inspired by the famous Emma Lazarus poem, The New Colossus, was a 2019 finalist at Songs for Social Change (RAWA). She was also a finalist on Star Launch 2020 for her song, Suns' Rays.
