Jennifer Juckes

Jennifer Juckes is a Cork, Ireland-born singer/songwriter and recording artist living on the south coast of England. She began her music career in Ireland with her first single getting playlisted on national radio there for several months. This led to her opening for Boyzone’s Ronan Keating and playing a festival in Dublin to 100,000 people. She soon began working in NYC with Bruce Brody (Patti Smith, Maria McKee) producing her first album. From there Jennifer began travelling to Nashville where she wrote music with Grammy Award winner Marcus Hummon (The Chicks, Rascal Flatts), Victoria Shaw (Lady A), Liz Rose (Taylor Swift) and James Slater (Luke Combs). Jennifer has toured with Kevin Costner and Michael Bolton around the US and Europe, at one concert joining Costner on stage for a song and at one Bolton gig, sharing the opening slot with Foy Vance (Ed Sheeran). On one of those tours she was given a sponsorship deal with Gibson guitars.

Having recently headlined the Arena Stage at the British Country Music Festival, Jennifer has signed a publishing deal with AtSongs on the west coast of Ireland and has been writing and in the studio. Her first release from this body of work ‘Just for the Company’ charted in Ireland whilst her second song ‘Slow Down’ was radio play-listed in Czech Republic. The song has also been featured numerous times already on the UK’s biggest country music radio station (and Ed Sheeran’s favourite!) Country Line Radio.
