I started playing piano at a very early age and began lessons at age seven. When I was about thirteen years old I wrote my first song and while in high school I performed in a local group as vocalist and guitarist. I attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and appeared in the University productions of "The Marriage of Figaro" and "Finian's Rainbow". I then performed in Paul Green's Outdoor Amphitheater Production of "Texas" at Palo Duro Canyon State Park near Amarillo, Texas. My love of singing and songwriting continued to grow and eventually I moved to Nashville Tennessee to pursue a music career and immediately focused on writing and co-writing new songs and then performing those songs at various Music venues in and around Nashville Tennessee. The reaction and feedback from the audiences and my family and friends have all encouraged and inspired me to keep writing songs and to pursue all possible avenues to get my songs heard. I write songs about life and love and I'm always looking for new ways and new voices to help share my songs with the world.
