Jannel Rap's sister, Gina Bos, disappeared in 2000 after a performance in Lincoln, NE. When Jannel couldn't locate her sister she decided to use her skills as a solo artist to create: events, media and a platform to connect to the public with the mission to gain awareness for missing persons. She formed GINA for Missing Persons FOUNDation in 2001. GINA partners with entertainers and media world-wide to gain attention for local missing persons.

A program of GINA called the Squeaky Wheel Tour®, or SWT is a series of events over 19 days from Oct 17-Nov 4 in which artists all over the world profile missing people. Established in 2005, The SWT was organized to gain more awareness for missing people by creating more events in a short period of time. If a missing person does not have a suspect, scandal or media hook-in other words- if they vanish with out a story, their story will not be told. The foundation's mission is to utilize and create entertainment vehicles that become the hook for people, like Gina Bos, who simply vanish without a media hook. The GINA Foundation creates videos and alternative media while on the road allowing viewers to be engaged in the process of meeting up with entertainers and families of the missing tell their stories.

Jannel and a team of artists meet the families of the missing at every stop, profiles missing people wherever possible during their concerts, radio and TV interviews, print news and on the side of their tour bus. For more info: www.411Gina.org
