Rip Wagner

Hailing from Coney Island and Living in Hell's Kitchen NYC, Rip Wagner has been a part of the New York music scene for over three decades. With a strong melodic yet gritty guitar style and keen lyrical sense, Rip has been a founding member of such acts as The Blacktop Burners and Jeff McCrae and the Wolfpack. Rip also spent several years running sound and playing at Ye Old Tripple Inn, a bastion for some of the city's best talent. He is currently focusing his writing, playing and compositional skills towards producing music for TV and film. His current solo project "Sanity Leaking" is a theme based project about the rising friction in our society.
