Ruthann Schulman Baler

Ruthann Schulman Baler is a NY metro-based singer-songwriter whose songs have been described as a blend of pop and folk with blues and country undertones. She previously lived in Boston, where she performed regularly throughout the greater metro area and also ran a grassroots organization, Strike a Chord Concerts for Charity, which brought together musicians from across New England to raise money and awareness for several nonprofits. Her debut album, “Life on Mars,” was released in 2009 and her second album, “Rivers & Trains,” was released in 2018. She is currently working on a new album, with plans for a release in mid-2023.
