Will Dann Music

I am a passionate and versatile guitarist, composer, and songwriter with over a decade of experience creating music across multiple platforms. My musical journey began at 15 when I started playing acoustic guitar, and over the years, I've refined my skills with a deep love for indie rock. Inspired by legendary bands like The Beatles, The La’s, The Smiths, and Oasis, I honed my sound while developing a strong connection with my instrument.
In 2019, I co-founded The Rift, an indie rock band based in Birmingham. As the primary songwriter, I played an integral role in shaping the band's musical direction, resulting in the release of three tracks, numerous live performances across Birmingham, and a memorable appearance at Shynefest 2021 where we had the privilege of supporting Toploader.
After The Rift disbanded in 2022, I decided to shift my focus to composing and producing guitar-driven music for the film, television, advertising, and commercial industries. My work can be heard on various sync libraries, with several tracks successfully licensed for use. You can explore my music on my SoundCloud.
In addition to my solo work, I am always open to collaborating with other musicians or organizations, whether as a composer, songwriter, or session guitarist. I’m passionate about creating memorable melodies and producing music that resonates emotionally with listeners.
