Len Bakker

I've been writing songs for 28 years and been an ASCAP member since 1999. I've had placements in movies and network tv shows. I even had songs pitched as singles for major artists and the theme song for a Bond movie. 8 million stories in this naked city and I'm happy that mine continues to be one of them.
For 15 years I was an active member of West Coast Songwriters and ran the monthly song screenings for 10 of those. Over that time I estimate that I heard over 5,000 songs professionally critiqued. An invaluable source of on the job training that helped me hone my skills. I've also studied privately with Jai Josefs and Jason Blume.
