 In 2017, after having chosen Ableton as my D.A.W., I released my first alternative Hip Hop instrumental on SoundCloud (that got more attention than I expected being a budding producer) and released my first official single on all platforms in 2019 as M3K3NLY. Since then, I've developed my own unique sound inspired by dystopian cinematic scores, Hip-Hop and R&B, and electronic artists (like Majid Jordan, Timbaland, Calvin Harris, Disclosure, Mura Masa, M83, SBTRKT, Kaytranada, and more). I am a female producer based in Houston, Texas with a background in jazz and classical (one decade) as a former saxophonist. 
 In 2019, I released my first (non commercial) collection of retro synth R&B instrumentals on CDs given out to a few close family members. In 2024 I released my first 14 track album 'The Revelation!' along with my first live, in-person listening party. In September of 2025 I released my second, 15 track album 'IN LIGHT OF THE DARKNESS'.
