Born Bazabidila Maick Spider Whisper, Speed emerged from Pointe-Noire's streets, drawn to the pulse of American and French rap. This early passion evolved into a calling, shaping his journey.
In 2006, Speed co-founded A.R. (Académie du Rap) with friends Arland and MC Sros. Their debut single, "Aujourd'hui," quickly earned local attention. Although the group disbanded in 2008 due to personal and educational commitments, Speed's pursuit of music continued.
After completing his studies in 2011, Speed leveraged social media to build an international network. His talent shone through with the release of "Sans Rancune" in 2018 and "Le Rêve" in 2020, which featured music videos on MTV and Billboard, expanding his reach globally.
Despite facing promotional challenges with his 2023 album 'Révolution,' Speed's determination was unwavering. His focus remained on perfecting his craft and defining his musical identity.
With the upcoming track "Paradise Love," Speed explores R&B and hip-hop, offering a blend of charm and introspection. Set to release on August 7, 2025, the track endeavors to connect deeply with listeners, marking the next phase of his dedicated journey in music.
