I’ve co-written many songs with the combination of talent muscians and writers. My first solo effort, “It’s About Hope”, was originally recorded in 2016. The song was performed in Times Square by members of the esteemed Broadway choir, the Broadway Inspirational Voices. Suitably enough, the BIV singing event was in support of a Red Nose Day charity, supporting impoverished children and their families.
I went back to writing and recording under the original band name “King’s Dust”. Recruiting the stable of musicians that make up King’s Dust resulted in the country ballad “Ten Minutes from Memphis”, the country pop single “Selfie Made Man”, and the Americana sing-along “Dive Bar and Diplomats”. All 3 songs have had air play in the Midwest and East Coast independent country radio stations.
Most recently, acclaimed Gospel music producer Gregory engineered a version of “It’s About Hope”, giving the song a contemporary gospel feel.
I continue to write, without specific favor to any one genre, I look forward to furthering the opportunity for my batch of songs to gain popularity via the well-known service that Taxi provides.
