KiKi Holli & The Remedy — Artist Bio
"KiKi Holli… delivers a performance of great beauty." – Rolling Stone
KiKi Holli is a Los Angeles–based indie-pop vocalist, songwriter, and performer known for her lush, cinematic sound and powerhouse emotional delivery. Blending indie pop, soul, alt-rock textures, and atmospheric electronica, Holli creates music rooted in vulnerability, joy, and transformation. Her new chapter as KiKi Holli & The Remedy highlights the dynamic synergy of her live band and her longtime collaboration with 2x Grammy-nominated producer Ethan Allen, amplifying the vibrant, soulful energy that defines her performances.
Her upcoming single “WISH” (releasing December 3, 2025) embodies this evolution. A sweeping, emotive track about longing, renewal, and the beauty of uncertainty, “WISH” showcases Holli’s radiant vocals and magnetic storytelling—drawing inspiration from timeless icons like Stevie Nicks, Bowie, Prince, and The Cure while bringing a modern, atmospheric edge. With KiKi Holli & The Remedy, the song marks a bold new step in her musical universe.
Holli’s recent releases have affirmed her as a genre-blending force. Her electrifying Nu Disco single “WIN U OVER” earned praise from Billboard for its infectious groove and fearless energy, while her LGBTQ+ favorite “PRETTY BOYS” celebrated allure, self-expression, and empowerment. Earlier tracks like the blissful “NEW HIGH,” the cinematic “Play to Lose,” and the mesmerizing “Sun Playing Tricks” reveal the depth and versatility of her voice and vision.
Holli first captured widespread attention with her stunning cover of Roxy Music’s “More Than This,” a performance shaped by personal grief and healing that introduced audiences to her rare emotional range. She has since continued to collaborate with Ethan Allen (Ben Harper, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Tricky), crafting a signature sound both intimate and expansive.
A Pittsburgh native, Holli discovered her artistic identity through theater and music, earning a BFA in voice and performance. She has appeared in Of Mice and Men, Three Sisters, and Twelfth Night, as well as the cult queer indie film Isle of Lesbos, praised by Swampflix as “a politically angry, deliberately offensive, post–John Waters, queer-as-f*ck movie musical.”
Holli also earned acclaim as the co-creator and star of Forever Dusty: The Dusty Springfield Musical, which premiered Off-Broadway at New World Stages to glowing reviews from The Village Voice, Reuters, The New York Times, and Out Magazine. The show went on to run in Los Angeles, London, and cities throughout the U.S. and U.K.
With KiKi Holli & The Remedy, Holli steps into her fullest expression yet—melding emotional depth, soaring vocals, and bold sonic textures into a sound that is unmistakably her own. As she prepares for the release of “WISH” and a new album next summer, Holli continues to craft music that is intimate, cinematic, and timeless—an invitation to feel deeply, move freely, and embrace the power of evolution.
