My name is Jerry Harris. I am a 56 year old southern man. I have been writing southern rock / modern country songs for the past 30 plus years. I am a grandfather to two granddaughters, a father to one daughter. I am a semi retired home buillder from central Alabama and have a passion for writing songs. I write only about my life experiences, so my songs always sound true and to the point. I have 25 or 30 demos currently and trying to make demos for all my very best songs. My ultimate goal is to be a profesional song writer and relocate to Nashville.
