Hello! My name is Wenda Williamson (website: wendawilliamson.com). I do harp-focused music for TV, film, radio, ads and games, with placements in reality TV, crime drama, documentaries, cartoons, comedies, and radio.

After a bit of a hiatus, I am back working full tilt on producing more trailers, investigative tension/crime scene cues, "happy clappy snappy" (acoustic pop) ad music, and inspirational cues using a variety of live instrumentation and samples. I can also do new age, meditation, or "spa" music.

I especially enjoy doing epic hybrid orchestral, dance, and genre-bending trap, hiphop, dubstep.

I was classically trained on piano and pedal harp. I played harp in an orchestra and performed as a singer-songwriter on guitar. I then formed or joined several bands as a singer-keyboardist. During this time, my husband and I wrote and recorded hundreds of songs. In my last band, I played electric harp.

I play the harp like a harp (rolled chords, interlocking polyrhythms, glissandi etc.) and add effects to get unique sounds.
