A great song feels like a four-minute escape — it should wrap around the listener, pull them into the present moment, and make the world fade out. I’m a songwriter and producer from Dallas, Texas, and I’m always aiming to build songs with strong melodies, stories that feel familiar yet fresh, and built for today’s listeners.

I grew up surrounded by instruments and records. I don’t remember a time when there wasn’t a guitar in my hands. When I was twelve, my dad and I built a recording studio in our basement, and I set my sights on making music for the rest of my life. From award-winning drumlines to rock bands to professional audio engineering work for commercial and TV projects, every step shaped my ear for clean structure, strong hooks, and arrangements that make a song feel instantly alive.

My influences include Delbert McClinton, Otis Redding, Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, and Stevie Wonder. That mix shows up in my writing—soulful but grounded, warm with a bit of swagger, nostalgic when it fits, and always anchored in strong storytelling. I write across Country, Soul, Pop, and Rock, and I’m skilled at shifting keys, phrasing, and feel to match different vocalists.

Beyond writing, I approach songs with a producer’s ear. I can listen to new music and instantly hear the underlying progression and melody, diagnose what’s working, and imagine how it could live in a different genre or style. I naturally gravitate toward organic, live-feeling instrumentation over digital-heavy production.
What sets me apart is my melodic instinct and my ability to bring fresh movement to Country progressions without stepping outside the genre. My songs draw listeners in quickly, build naturally, and leave space for an artist to make them their own.
