Silver Sun is finally out of my brain and into the ether. Recorded over the first two years of the pandemic, producer Jonathan O'Brien and I carved out a new sonic space for me, distinct from my part in Good San Juan, leaning much more heavily into synths and drum machines. Some of these songs are as old as 2015, others I wrote the night before going to the studio. They talk about love, exes, changing world views, burnout, living in the present, and getting a little lost. I hope you see a piece of yourself somewhere within.
