I am a songwriter, educator, and former broadcaster who grew up in a small town in Kentucky. A few of my favorite writers include Jerry Jeff Walker, Guy Clark, and Kristofferson, but I am not locked into a specific genre. Lately I have ventured into some praise-worship writing and genuinely enjoy it. Regardless of genre, my job is to tell the story and touch emotions using great lyrics then use melody and arrangement to fit the story.
