Doru has had a diverse career in music thus far. Largely self-taught, he has established a unique vocabulary through time spent listening to and studying musical concepts from around world and across many genres. Having developed an ear for sound from the beginning, he gravitates toward music that simply feels good and has created a sound and sense that are unmistakably his own. A true believer in impression and sensation over a technical approach to music. Doru is a versatile musician/multi-instrumentalist, with a musical career as a composer and performer. He has performed and recorded with groups, ranging from rock, jazz, pop. Doru is a Romanian who resides in Dubai and has experience as a performing musician, freelance musician, band director, arranger, studio musician, composer for TV and films.
