What I like most about this song
Per the title, good energy and nice palette of percussive sounds and blend of organic with Old School flavoring.
I think you could improve this song by
Unfortunately, while the layers are cool, the first :43 is just too repetitive. And the ensuing breakdown from :44 - :58 is not compelling enough. Then the pattern repeats. I'd revamp your drum sounds and rework the arrangement. The ear candy towards the second part of the cue is also too Old School and dated.
I returned or forwarded this song because
Could have a stronger developmental arc / layering and more current and organic sounds.
