Not too much happening in the month of March, but what we have is really important, so let's take a look around the country and see what's going on:

MARCH

12-13 NACA Mid-Atlantic Festival
Staten Island, New York

As you are aware, NACA (National Association Campus Activities) is the leader in booking talent for the college campuses around the country. This is one of their many festivals held to expose new emerging talent to talent buyers. A great opportunity to perform and/or be entertained. Check out www.naca.org for further information.
17-21 SXSW Music Conference
Austin, Texas

One of the biggest music confabs of the year, SXSW is known for its music and its fun. Top new artists mix with celebrities and executives to try and get some attention. Plenty of great music and networking opportunities here. Don't miss it. Call 512-467-7979 or try www.sxsw.com.
3-6 CMW—Canadian Music Week
Toronto, Canada

Once a year the good folks in Toronto let their hair down and kick up their heels. But they do it for an entire week! Plenty of chart toppers are from Canada so this is a festival that's worthy of your attendance held close enough to travel to. Music, seminars, and mingling opportunities. Call 905-858-4747, FAX to 905-858-4848 or go to www.cmw.net on the Internet.
