Born and raised in Brazil, I was lucky to have been introduced to rock and roll as well as country music at a young age. Both my parents were musicians, though for entirely different reasons; my father because he used music as a tool to preach for the Methodist Church and my mother because she fell in love with Hank Williams Jr. at the age of 16, which inspired her to move to Nashville to work as a songwriter in the 90's. Being raised in a country and a culture as vibrant as the Brazilian one, paired with a passion for good storytelling and clever writing eventually led me to move to Nashville and pursue my own goal of working as a singer/songwriter.
