Famous For A Century

FAMOUS FOR A CENTURY was started in winter of 2011 by drummer David Whitcomb and guitarist Peter Christian Fraedrich; the later addition of frontman Aly Miramini rounded out the lineup. The band's first release, Collapse (EP) (2013), met with local success and jumpstarted the band’s second offering, Say What You Mean, released the next winter (2014). The band's other major release, a debut performance video for the single "More", directed by local phenom Jonathan Thorpe, has also met with warm reviews and measured success online, garnering over 10,000 views in just a few short months. The new year finds the band writing and rehearsing, gearing up for a packed year of shows and recording sessions.
