Evan Field

At the age six, Evan’s mother pushed Evan into music – literally. Under tremendous protest he was forced to take up the violin and six months later he was grudgingly squawking out standards like “Mary Had a Little Lamb and Twinkle Little Star.” After two grueling years of Evan complaining to his mother, she finally allowed him to move on to a more agreeable instrument, the guitar. The first time he picked up a guitar, he immediately fell in love.

Years passed and Evan honed his guitar playing and began writing original songs. Drawing on a variety of musical styles ranging from indie, pop/rock, and R&B, Evan's songs connect with his listeners on an emotional and intimate level through stories of heartbreak, passion, and inspiration.
