The goal of the 2005 ROCKRGRL Music Conference is to promote, encourage, and celebrate women's achievements in the music industry. There will be two nights of music showcases featuring female artists in all musical styles as well as speeches from Patti Smith and Johnette Napolitano. Discussions will include who's afraid of feminism, women on air, endorse this, how do girls learn, how to write a hit song, does the media matter, and financing your music career. Well worth the effort and some great music!
